The plan is to raise money to support the programs & research of the Multiple Sclerosis Society by riding a bike from Busch Gardens in Tampa to Sea World in Orlando; spend the night at the Sheraton World Resort; and then ride back the next morning. |
|
The success of an event like the MS 150 Bike Tour would simply not be possible without the amazing staff of volunteers. A cold Gatorade, a friendly smile, and some genuine encouragement goes a long way! Thank you to everyone who volunteered; espcially to Jenn (my favorite volunteer)! |

It is amazing how good the fresh fruit at a bicyle rest stop tastes. And the
Bubba Burgers we had for lunch were about the best Bubba Burgers I've ever had.
And don't even get me started on the popsicles! |
|
With the help of two very fast female cyclists, I arrived in Orlando just
before lunch. Seriously, these girls were fast! |

It was another beautiful day and what better place to spend it than on my bike! I was a little worried that I'd be stiff and sore after riding yesterday, but thankfully I felt great. |
|
Once again these two females were on fire! The entire group worked well together and riding with them was a pleasure (except for the last three excruciating miles into Busch Gardens where we averaged nearly 30mph and ended with a sprint finish). Not surprisingly, we were the first group done. |

I met some interesting people, had a great ride, helped raise money to fight MS, and had a great time doing it. What a great way to spend a weekend!
